There is a group of people at HTH who co-ordinate the pastoral care needs of the Church Family. The pastoral care team are split into smaller groups, which then address particular needs – this can be anything from hospital or home visits to transport to Church on a Sunday morning.

They also try to address the more short term needs. This might include transport needs or more practical “one-off” needs.

The team are also looking for volunteers to help provide transport to Church on a Sunday. If you are able to help out please let the Church office know.
